What is the one thing you have learned from this experience?

That while it's sad and a struggle for some people, on a larger scale I believe the world and the people in it needed to pause and re-assess why we are here and what is important to us.

Something that brings a smile to your face.

My pooch Alexander. He is getting us through ISO.

What is the one thing you have learned from this experience?

I have leant how to survive with the bare necessities within the confinement of home. Besides food, water and shelter, everything else seems like a luxury. I think it also makes you reflect and appreciate the simple things in life and how lucky we are to live in Australia during this pandemic.

Something that brings a smile to your face.

Daily meme DMs/Whatsapping my circle of trust.

What is the one thing you have learned from this experience?

I'm in the process of learning, slowly improving on allowing myself to have down time. For the past few years I've felt like the need to "go go go" all the time (self inflicted). I'm slowly adjusting to just being still. Meditating is helping.

Something that brings a smile to your face.

Learning to bake, and having the results work out.

My boyfriend, Pete.

Many memes - though many are not smile worthy.

Playlist of your dreams with 10 songs.

How do you unwind?

Silly YouTube videos (Juno Birch playing Sims 2- highly recommend)

Headspace (I'm on a 304 day streak, and counting)

Audio Book or Books? Name 3

I'm not a big reader, but when I'm working in my studio I constantly listen to Stephen Fry reading the Harry Potter series. I finish, and start again.

I have a lot of books that have been part started over the past few years, one I've picked up again recently has been Memoirs of a Geisha.
